Working with our new strategic partner and non-executive director, Brendan Geraghty (Architect), Cowan Architects have been able to further strengthen their architectural offering to provide Strategic, Brand and Design guidance within the Build to Rent sector. Residential and mixed-use design are at the core of Cowan Architects and where we take a ‘Brand Before Building’ approach, such that the customer experience is central to the design narrative from the outset.
