Bath House is an 8 storey residential tower of 96 apartments with commercial space on ground floor comprising a mix of one and two bed apartments, each of which has an external amenity space such as a projecting balcony or terrace.

It was completed in 2010 and, after recent testing of the sheathing boards, was found to not meet the current requirements for non-combustibility.

We are implementing a remediation strategy along with a specification of fire safe materials to this building for Oander.
