The Lemonade building is a 17 storey residential block of 136 apartments and was completed in 2010. The apartments, each with a large, sheltered balcony are positioned around a centralised core. The building was deemed unsafe for its use of combustible materials in the buildings cavity.

We have assessed the risks and are implementing a remediation strategy along with a specification of fire safe materials to replace the existing cladding and core materials.
