The Bill House

The existing building is Grade II listed building, for its special architectural and historic interest. The façades are painted pebble-dash, with exposed stonedressings.

The sea facing southern elevation is decorated with flint chequer work and the tower is decorated with exposed timber framing.

The proposal picks up on this theme and employs traditional materials and craftsmanship to deliver a subtle blend of traditional and contemporary architectural language.
