Shovelstrode Manor is a locally listed Non-Designated Heritage Asset built in 1906. The building was to be adapted and restored with a reconfiguration of internal building layout and new single storey additions, to allow for the adaptation of The Dower House and attached back-of-house spaces to form two dwellings, with a self-contained third floor carer’s suite.
