Cowan Architects collaborates with Private and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) on the remediation of High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) that are identified as having combustible cladding and latent fire compliance defects.

BS EN13501-1 and PAS 9980 are crucial standards in the UK’s cladding remediation and fire safety regulations, with the former categorising construction materials based on fire performance, and the latter specifically addressing external wall systems’ fire performance assessment and classification, providing essential guidance to ensure compliance and safety.
