Cowan Architects gain ISO 14001 (2015) Environmental Accreditation

Cowan Architects has recently gained the ISO 14001 (2015) environmental accreditation which is the latest and most comprehensive version for organisations who seek to improve and manage resources more effectively.

By demonstrating our environmental credentials for accreditation, it will help us to minimise our impact on the environment, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements and follow an effective environmental management system (EMS).

“This is an important exercise for any business to ensure legislative awareness and compliance” says Managing Director, Phillip Mumford. “It’s also a good contributor to employee engagement as well”.

The new accreditation will also complement the Company’s ISO 9001 compliance.
