Cowan Architects working with developers to meet Cladding Remediation Contract

On 13th March, 2023 the Cladding Remediation Contract will come into force which will make it mandatory for all housing developers to improve fire safety in their properties with approved replacement cladding.

Levelling Up Secretary of State, Michael Gove, has written to all developers requiring them to sign a contract pledging to remediate all the buildings they have worked on which have defective cladding or face being frozen out of the market.

Cowan Architects currently work with developers to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to these issues.
