Cowan’s Expert Witness Team Travel Far and Wide

An exercise that looked at how far the Cowan Expert Witness team travelled to manage cases that require Disability Accommodation expertise for High Court cases revealed that they genuinely cover the length and breadth of the country.

With the end of the year fast approaching and our calendars nearly full, the team carried out 249 visits for the year.

As Expert Witnesses, we prepare reports that address the accommodation needs of people who may have suffered injury or trauma and who are seeking compensation through the Courts. We always endeavour to visit and meet the Claimant and if necessary a close relative, carer or guardian, to assess first-hand the scale and nature of their needs so that we can get give a personal perspective.
