New 60 Bed Care Home in Wanstead

Cowan Architects is working with main contractor, Appledorn, to deliver The Chestnuts, a new 60 bed Care Home in Wanstead, north east London. Having secured planning consent for the scheme for Westgate Care, we were notated to the main contractor under a Design & Build procurement to deliver the project on site.

The scheme includes a facade retention of the principal elevation to maintain the important street frontage.

Works are due to complete in early 2021.
