Richard joined Cowan Architects in April 2026 as a Project Lead Architect to support the design-led studio. He is an RIBA Chartered Architect with experience working across a variety of sectors including education, sports & leisure, residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail and Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs). He embraces the value that reflective thinking can bring to the development of a practice and is keen to utilise his knowledge and experience to add social, economic and environmental value to the construction industry and wider public.
