Simon is an RIBA Chartered Architect with over 25 years’ experience in high end developments and luxury interiors. Simon specialises in high-rise and large scale residential mixed-use developments. Most recent work includes St. George’s, Camden Goods Yard; a development of over 450 homes, commercial and retail premises, designing interiors for Berkeley Homes Southeast London HQ offices and a civic centre masterplan & cricket pavilion for Grainger PLC at Berewood, Hampshire.
His passion is design in all forms, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), BIM and addressing the Climate Crisis through better architectural design and education. Having studied under the late Florian Beigel (Half Moon Theatre 1985) and Peter St. John (Caruso St John Architects), he is a design-led architect with pragmatism. His early architectural influencers were Herman Hertzberger, Sigurd Lewerentz and the late Richard Rogers.
Simon’s passion remains design-led and in the words of the late Florian Beigel, ‘he strongly believes that for every line drawn, there must be a reason’.
